All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Once your order is placed, our team verifies the product, prepares the packaging, and hands over the shipment to our logistics partner.

We take special care of gemstones to avoid scratches, damage, or moisture. Every product is individually inspected before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your delivery location:

  • Metro and major cities: 3–5 working days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 working days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 working days

Kindly note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier performance, operational delays, weather conditions, or festivals. We will always try our best to deliver earlier.

Every product is packed fresh and sealed after inspection. It is never reused, swapped, or altered.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can follow the movement of your shipment at every step—pickup, in-transit, and out for delivery.

If the tracking information does not update within 24–48 hours, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

Correct Address Guidelines

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure:

  • Full name and phone number are correct
  • Complete address, street name, and locality are mentioned
  • Pincode is accurate

Incomplete or inaccurate details may lead to failed delivery attempts.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in:

  • A single package, or
  • Multiple packages

This depends on product availability, warehouse location, and packaging requirements.
Each shipment will have its own tracking link.

Missed Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times depending on the service provider.
After repeated unsuccessful attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
If returned due to non-delivery or incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, torn, opened, or tampered:

  • Do not accept the parcel
  • Take a clear photo or video
  • Contact us immediately

We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a suitable solution.
